Abubakarr Alphajor Jalloh
Chief Executive Officer
Abu Bakarr Alphajor Jalloh is the Chief Executive Officer of Rakel Investment & General Services, a Sierra Leone-based multi-sector company delivering solutions across construction, procurement and supply, medical equipment, WASH, renewable energy, agriculture and consultancy services. Under his leadership since 2013, Rakel has grown into a trusted implementation partner for government institutions, international development organisations and private-sector clients.
With extensive experience in strategic project delivery, procurement and business leadership, he has overseen major infrastructure and supply-chain assignments, including the construction of a 100-bed multipurpose hospital in Karene District funded by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), alongside engagements involving the World Bank, UNDP, GIZ, WHO, the European Union and the Global Fund.
